"When I started mentorship, I felt like I had just made it to the base of a beautiful mountain after hiking through a dark, dangerous, but magical forest for the last few years. Over the last 4 months, I have battled with many trials and inner blocks as I’ve begun to make my way up the mountain. With Helen's guidance I’ve been able to gain more understanding of these obstacles and begin to see them as opportunities and preparations for the future.
I feel MUCH more empowered in my expression. For most of my life, I had been in environments, friendships, and relationships where I didn’t feel seen. Being seen by Helen, especially for the parts of me I felt I had to dim for others, and encouraged to pursue environments where I can continue to be seen has been deeply healing!!! And it’s only just begun. I really feel like I am worthy and capable to move into places and spaces that I may have been so intimidated by in the past. This shift for me has also led to amazing friendships and connections that reflect and allow for my unblocked expression. Honestly, I can’t even begin to describe how good this feels.
I have the skills and confidence to make the changes to lead me in the right direction, like applying to the right jobs, networking, knowing my value, negotiation, etc. The job I’ve had throughout mentorship has been such a challenging, but necessary environment. While walking around in Little Italy in NYC during a crowded festival this was so apparent to me when my friend said “I think you are built for this place”😂 I’m so happy to know that I can hold my peace in a challenging environment.
I also feel like my perspective on money has completely changed.. I no longer have a contracting/scarcity dominated mindset. I view finances more as a tool of expansion now.
I know the full depth of the transformation I’ve gone through will will continue to reveal itself over the coming months. I’m so glad I’ve gone on this journey with Helen who really feels like a wise and cool older sister, which (as the older sister who didn’t get a ton of guidance) is energy I’ve really needed at this time in my life 😭😭😭💕
I am so relieved and happy to be closer to my soul’s expression.

As a write this, I'm sitting at a coffee shop in Williamsburg just BEAMING. People are looking at me like “is she okayyyyyy???” LOL.
